Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

1 Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients.

2 Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries.

3 Explain products/services and generate sales or leads.

4 Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM systems.

5 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

6 Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

7 Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

1 Education: High School Diploma / Graduate (Any stream).

2 Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are welcome).

3 Good communication skills in [Specify Languages – English, Hindi, or Regional Language].

4 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

5 Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

6 Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
