Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 6 months to 1 year of experience and demonstrate proficiency in English. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. An undergraduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days in a week during the day shift.
