Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive with expertise in the Real Estate or Loan/Credit Card sales sector to join our team at Nestaway Technologies Private Limited in Pune, located at Kharadi and Baner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential customers, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

● Answer questions about products or the company.

● Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

● Enter and update customer information in the database.

● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Marathi. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
