Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Next Footstep Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, promoting our real estate projects, and driving business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and features.

• Schedule appointments for property site visits and follow up to ensure attendance.

• Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead conversion and client engagement.

• Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Real estate experience is a plus).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as per target audience].

• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
