We are looking for Business Development Associates to support farmers through inbound and outbound telecommunication, product promotion, and strategic sales planning. This role involves educating farmers about AgriDoot’s precision farming solutions, offering expert guidance, and driving adoption of smart farming technologies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and customers.
· Be in touch by inbound and outbound Tele calls.
· Provide expert advice via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding AgriDoot’s real-time soil monitoring, AI-driven disease detection, and satellite-based crop analysis.
· Assist farmers in optimizing inputs and increasing productivity through data-driven insights.
· Drive sales of AgriDoot’s solutions through direct farmer engagement.
· Stay updated on AgriDoot’s products and services to provide accurate recommendations.
· Negotiate and close sales with key accounts and large agricultural businesses.
· Ensure product cutouts and promotional materials are prominently displayed at dealership/showroom locations.
· Collaborate with the marketing team for strategic outreach and business planning.
· Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. (Good to have MBA in Marketing)
· Experience: 1-3 years in agriculture, agritech solutions, or sales is preferred.
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and customer service skills in Hindi and Marathi (other regional languages are a plus).
o Nice to have knowledge of precision farming techniques, AI, IoT, and GIS applications in agriculture.
o Ability to analyse agricultural data and provide insightful, practical advice.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office for business planning and data management.
