Position: Telecaller – B2B SectorLocation: Vytilla, Kochi Company: Accruon Technologies Overview: Accruon Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) communication, handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive engagement and conversions. We offer a competitive Salary + Incentive structure within a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Key Responsibilities:Proactively contact potential B2B clients via phone to introduce our products and services.Conduct cold calls to generate leads and convert them into customers.Follow standardized scripts while adapting conversations to meet individual customer needs.Maintain detailed records of customer information, interactions, and feedback for future reference.Foster strong customer relationships by actively listening and providing appropriate solutions.Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets while ensuring high standards of call quality and compliance.Prepare regular reports on customer preferences, challenges, and emerging trends to support business strategy.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a telecalling role, preferably in the B2B domain.Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle objections professionally and escalate complex queries to the concerned department.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Join us and be a part of a growing company where your voice matters and your performance is rewarded.
