Job Description

  • Understand customer need and handle their queries
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
  • Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
  • Manage time to handle multiple calls
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services

Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries

Maintain a detailed understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits

Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call activities in the CRM system

Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies

Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, issues, and opportunities

Required Skills :
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone

Proficiency in using CRM software and other call management tools

Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding call and sales targets

Good organizational and time-management skills
