Job Summary:

Celestile is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and facilitate lead engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally across multiple channels, including phone and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Address customer queries and provide detailed information about Celestile’s products and services.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and existing customers to ensure engagement.

• Maintain and update customer interaction records for future reference and business insights.

• Respond to inquiries received through Instagram and other social media platforms promptly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and business growth.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining patience and efficiency.
Proficiency in handling social media inquiries and lead conversions.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills to enhance customer retention.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.

• Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management processes is an advantage.
