We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by engaging potential clients and promoting our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Cold call & follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Explain product/service details and address customer queries effectively.
Convert leads into sales by building rapport and handling objections.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.
Maintain an updated customer database and track sales activities in CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Skills:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejection confidently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
Fluent in English and regional languages (preferred).
