Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our software solutions.
Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information to customers.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
Skills:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Basic knowledge of software solutions or IT services is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
