Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services, aiming to generate leads and sales. ​

• Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and details of interactions.​

• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or sales strategies.​

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to management.​
  Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.​

• Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.​

• communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in the local language; proficiency in English is a plus.​

• Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong persuasive abilities with the capability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
