Telecalling Executive

A Tele calling Executive, also known as a Tele caller or Tele sales Executive, is responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services, generate leads, and close sales. ​

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.​

• Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.​Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.​

• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.​

• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.​
