We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to lead a team of credit card sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Submit daily/weekly reports on team performance and sales data.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven sales track record, especially in financial products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in credit card or financial product sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role.
Experience in retail banking or NBFCs is a plus.
