Job Title: Team Leader (Broking Firm – Share Market)

Experience Required:
🔹 Minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience in a Stock Broking/Brokerage firm.

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle a team of Business Analysts/Senior Business Analysts.
-Achieve team targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
-Motivate and guide team members to meet individual and team goals.
-Monitor daily activities and provide regular feedback to team.
-Resolve client issues/escalations promptly and efficiently.
-Coordinate with management for strategy planning and execution.
-Training and development of team for better performance.

Candidate Profile:
-Must have minimum 1 year experience in team handling in a stock broking firm (MANDATORY).
-Good knowledge of share market, trading, demat account, and brokerage operations.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
