Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling outbound calls and driving sales, customer engagement, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.

• Manage leads and provide detailed information to potential clients.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain engagement.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Document and update customer interaction data accurately.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality.

Skills Required:

• 3-10 years of telemarketing or sales experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented.

• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
