Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:- Generate leads from database and map them appropriately.- Handle inbound as well as outbound communication with potential prospects. - Help solve queries and concerns related to the programs/courses.- Route the leads to the appropriate department.- Establishing and maintaining good rapport with existing as well as prospective students.- Provide clear and concise details of the product/program/course as well as explain the entire admission process.- Become a point of contact between the students/parents and the admissions team.- Impart initial counselling to the students/parents when required in order to help them decide which would be the best program/course for them.- Encourage student/parent walk-ins to the institute.- Prepare daily reports and MIS Student Services.
