- Understand customer need and handle their queries

Responsible for lead qualification generated by social media marketing campaigns
Data gathering and researching new prospects for the Sales team to action
Making enhanced outbound calls on leads
Reaching out to new as well as existing Customers and explaining them the benefits of our services
Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.( Business segments knowledge is the Key )
Creating database of existing and new clients
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Good communication skills in English , Hindi and Marathi is must .
· Good Interpersonal Skills; Must be able to use MS Office assuredly;
· Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
· Expertise in working with a team; Proficient in Email, Whatsapp and SMS.
· Should be well verse in generating relevant reports and data entries
