Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to sell products/services or generate leads.

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions based on our product offerings.

• Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and courtesy.

• Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner.

• Provide information about products and services, including pricing, promotions, and offers.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
