Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Maintain an updated database of customer information.Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.Follow up with leads and ensure excellent customer service.Work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated and result-oriented.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
