We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive individuals for a tele sales role to promote and sell our premium services. As a Product Advisor, you will reach out to prospective customers, explain service benefits, and help them enroll for paid memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database

• Explain services and membership plans

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership options

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Build rapport with users and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

• Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC pass

• 1 Year to 2 years of experience in Outbound tele sales / BPO / voice process preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills in Malyalam, Punjabi, Tamil may apply.

• Fluent in Hindi and basic English

• Knowledge of regional languages is a plus (Punjabi, Tamil, Gujrati, Marathi, etc)

• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Willingness to work from the office (Thane location)
