Job Description:

As a Telesales Executive at Beepkart, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable pre-owned two-wheeler options. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their vehicle preferences.

• Explain the benefits of Beepkart’s offerings and guide customers through the buying process.

• Convert leads into successful sales by following up and addressing customer queries.

• Maintain a database of leads and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule test rides and finalize deals.

• Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and the used vehicle market is a plus.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.
