• Tele-calling of customers and assist them in their loan application journey.
• Understanding of customers’ financial needs and offer custom solutions
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
• Meet monthly targets of lead conversion and customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Banks/ NBFCs and/ or unsecured loan products to be added advantage.
