Ctrl Key Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for our digital marketing and advertising services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our digital marketing services.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with clients.

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.

• Maintain a database of customer details and update records regularly.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
