Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers or clients to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products/services to answer customer inquiries and offer suitable recommendations.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.Record Keeping: Update customer information and track interactions in CRM software, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.Problem Solving: Address customer issues, concerns, and objections professionally to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.Reporting: Provide feedback to management on customer insights, market trends, and sales performance.
