Job Summary:
Dr. Arora's Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into appointments, and promoting our clinic's services to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.

• Promote and sell Dr. Arora's Clinic services (consultations, treatments, etc.) to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer retention.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Provide accurate information regarding the services offered by the clinic.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints effectively.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with potential clients to close sales and secure appointments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in telesales or telemarketing.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to close sales and meet targets.

  • Positive attitude, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, etc.).
