Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products or services to potential customers over the phone. The Telesales Representative will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by generating sales leads, establishing rapport with clients, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing products/services and identifying their needs.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Present product information and answer questions to help customers make informed decisions.
Manage and update customer databases to ensure accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively and professionally.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for further discussions or demonstrations of the product.
Provide detailed feedback on customer preferences and sales trends to management.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company services to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
