Job Title: Telecaller /Telesales Representative

Reports To: Sales Manager/Team Lead
What you’ll Do ?
· The Telecaller/Telesales Representative is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote fertilizer products and services, answer inquiries, and drive sales.
· This role involves building rapport, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote fertilizer products and services.
· Inbound Call Handling: Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
· Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of the company's products and services.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
· Needs Identification: Identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
· Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
· Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to address any outstanding issues and ensure satisfaction.
· Data Entry: Accurately collect customer information and sales data .
· Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers.
· Sales Skills: Ability to effectively pitch products and services, build rapport, and close sales.
· Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
· Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
· Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade customers to purchase products and services.
· Computer Skills: Excel & word and other computer applications.
· Knowledge of the Fertilizer Industry: Basic understanding of the fertilizer industry and its products is a plus.
· High School Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum educational requirement.
· Previous Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree: Diploma (Agri.) or B.Sc. (Agri.)
· Experience in the Fertilizer Industry: Experience in the fertilizer industry is a plus.
· Knowledge of local agricultural practices: Understanding of local farming practices and crop requirements is beneficial.
