We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales to bring their telesales expertise to our team at Employ Hr Services Llp in Mumbai, Marol. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0.5-2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
