Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls, emails, and SMS to remind them of pending payments.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate payment records.

• Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to billing and payment issues.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in all collection activities.

• Identify and escalate cases of fraudulent or non-responsive customers to the management.

• Meet daily/weekly collection targets and maintain a high success rate in debt recovery.

• Work closely with the accounts and legal teams for complex cases.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0-0.5 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
