Telesales

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our telesales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales. This is a voice-based process, so excellent communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Pitch products/services and explain features and benefits.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-through.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and queries efficiently.

• Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication in [language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]

• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)

• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Fresher or 0–3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
