We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling loan products and credit cards to potential customers, working with leads, and helping clients choose the best financial solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan products (personal, home, auto, etc.) and credit cards.
Lead Generation: Follow up on provided leads, nurture relationships, and identify potential sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all loan and credit card products offered, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Customer Consultation: Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for loan products or credit cards.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective tele-sales strategies and techniques.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Customer Support: Address customer queries regarding loan eligibility, terms, and credit card features, and resolve any concerns.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to the team leader/manager.
Compliance: Ensure all sales processes and customer interactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferably in loans, credit cards, or financial services) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and explain complex financial products in an easy-to-understand manner.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, meet targets, and build customer relationships.
Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing solutions to clients’ needs.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and offer attractive deals to customers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and find solutions that benefit both the company and the customer.
Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred).
