Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our services.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations and follow-ups.

• Customer Engagement: Build relationship with customers and answer any inquiries they may have about our offerings.

• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Media Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's Media and services to effectively communicate their benefits.

• CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

• Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, track customer interactions, and close sales.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns during the sales process.
