Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, sell products/services, and meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Handle customer questions, provide appropriate solutions, and resolve complaints promptly.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activity.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a cohesive strategy.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
