We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales to bring their Life Insurance expertise to our team at HDFC LIFE INSURANCE in Mumbai, Andheri (East). This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹45000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Regularly interact with customers, both proactively and reactively, to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
Sales:
Generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet or exceed monthly targets.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Digital Experience:
Provide a consistent and superior digital experience to customers, leveraging online platforms and tools.
Query Handling:
Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Cross-Selling:
Promote other HDFC Life products and services to deepen customer relationships.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Compliance:
Adhere to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Portfolio Management:
Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring retention and profitability.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 3 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
