The Role:--
As an Insurance Consultant in our telecalling team, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You’ll share your expertise over the phone, guiding clients through the best insurance options for their needs.
What You’ll Do:-
Reach out to new and existing clients, helping them understand and choose the right insurance coverage.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on building relationships.
Follow up on leads and support clients with questions or claims.
Meet your sales targets while making sure clients get the best solutions for their needs.
What We’re Looking For:-
Great communication skills – you love talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right person.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
