Job Description:

iFix India, a leading Apple repair training institute, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential students and assisting them in enrolling for our Apple repair training courses. If you have excellent communication skills in Hindi and Urdu, with additional language proficiency as an added advantage, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our Apple repair training courses.

• Explain course details, fees, benefits, and enrollment procedures.

• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.

• Maintain a database of student inquiries and update call records.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve student queries effectively.

• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, or education counseling is preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Basic knowledge of Apple products and repair training will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
