Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Introduce and explain available properties to clients.

• Follow up with clients and schedule property viewings.

• Keep records of all calls and customer details in the system.

• Work with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

• Answer customer questions and provide clear information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is helpful.

• Good communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
