· Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the Universities courses & admission process.
· Counsel and convert leads into enrolments for various educational programs.
· Maintain clear and effective follow-up communication.
· Ensure daily, weekly and monthly achievements of calling and conversion targets.
· Maintain soft copy records and update the CRM.
· Communicating the learner’s details and reporting to the authorised management after completing the given task.
· Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
· Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
