Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers

Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.( optional)
