Join our team as a dedicated Telesales with a strong background in B2B Sales at Leading Company who is a manufacturer of Silver Jewellery in Mumbai, Kalbadevi.

This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current B2B clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships.

Also helping the company with research in automated software’s where WhatsApp marketing and automated messages can go to the clients for better reach to the existing data of the B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

• Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with good communication skills. The role is responsible for addressing client concerns, offering product guidance & sharing sales order further to sales team. This position requires Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.

Timings are 11.00am to 7.30pm & location is Kalbadevi.
