We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote and sell our products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication techniques.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
Provide information on products/services and answer any customer questions.
Collaborate with team members and managers to improve sales strategies.
Stay informed about product details and company policies.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
