Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Tele Sales Executive to generate new business leads and sales opportunities through outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a strong passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to new and existing customers to generate sales leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Gather customer feedback and competitor information to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in any type of tele sales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Age: 19-35 years old
- Qualification: 12th pass or above (candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply)
