Job Description
- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Manage time to handle multiple calls
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and preferences.
- Generate leads through various online sources.
- Make calls to customers and convert them into potential prospects.
- Convince customers over the phone to use our products to enhance their business.
- Schedule meetings for the field sales team on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Develop new clients or markets.
- Achieve monthly targets set by the management.
- Monitor and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner.
- Ability to write detailed follow-up notes.
- Confident, self-motivated, friendly personality, and a team player.
- Must be a graduate or have relevant experience in the Tele Marketing field.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
