This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹7000 - ₹10000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

The candidate should bring 0-0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
