We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive with expertise in the Banking sector to join our team at ConnectCorp in Pocharam, located at Hyderbad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 14CTC - 19CTC along with a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.
Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 6Month - 1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi & English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Degree, and the candidate should be willing to work 6days during the shift.
