Job Responsibilities

• Attending inbounds and Outbounds calls

• should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. insurance etc

• Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product

• Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently

• Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales

• Query Handling & Problem solving

Will involve in converting inbound calls into sales

Experience- Minimum one year experience in telesales

Salary- up to 2 LPA
