Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and contact potential franchisees through cold calls, warm leads, and referrals.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s franchise requirements.
Maintain an updated database of prospects in the CRM system.
2. Sales Activities:
Conduct persuasive and professional sales calls to explain the franchise opportunity.
Provide detailed information about the franchise model, investment requirements, and operational support.
Address queries and concerns raised by potential franchisees during calls.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the decision-making process.
3. Closing Deals:
Present compelling reasons for prospects to invest in the franchise.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist new franchisees with the onboarding process and documentation.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns targeting potential franchisees.
Use promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media to attract leads.
Suggest improvements to marketing strategies based on feedback from prospects.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing progress and performance.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Provide insights and feedback to management on franchisee needs and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Skills:
Sales Skills: Strong telesales and negotiation abilities to convert leads into franchisees.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills to build rapport with prospects.
Persuasion: Ability to influence and motivate potential franchisees to make investment decisions.
Customer Focus: Understand the needs and concerns of prospects and provide tailored solutions.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up promptly.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in telesales, franchise sales, or a similar role.
Knowledge of franchise operations and business models is an advantage.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telesales, business development, or franchise sales.
Previous experience in the franchise industry is highly desirable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of leads generated and qualified.
Conversion rate of leads to franchise agreements.
Revenue generated from franchise sales.
Timeliness and quality of follow-ups with prospects.
Work Environment:
Office-based or remote, with the use of phones, email, and CRM tools.
May require occasional participation in franchise expos, webinars, or events to support lead generation.
