• Perform cold calling to B2B sales channel partners and converting leads into sales.

• Handle incoming queries from company website and other digital media platforms

• Collect and analyse customer feedback, preferences, and complaints

• Maintain accurate and timely End-of-Day (EOD) reports of sales data

• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets

• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Update with product and service, market trends

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0.5-4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in English language. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
