KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Facilitate a seamless on-boarding process for new customers by providing clear guidance on leasing and financing solutions.

 Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases as necessary.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.

 Educate customers on company policies, payment plans, vehicle maintenance requirements, and best practices.

 Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
