Job Description
- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets

A Tele caller is primarily responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, address inquiries, and gather feedback. Key duties often include:
Outbound Calls: Contacting potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads through various channels.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating databases.
Sales Targets: Achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Customer Feedback: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service delivery.
